Ingredients#
5 eggs
130 g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
80 g wheat flour
20 g corn starch
½ pack of baking powder
Preparations#
Split eggs
Use a mixer to stir egg white
Add ⅓ of the sugar continuously and stir it
Mix egg yolk with 3 teaspoons of hot water, add remaining sugar and vanilla sugar
Stir it for at least 5–6min to get some creamy consistency
Gently fold in the egg white, continuously add the flour, starch, and baking powder
175°C circulating air, 12–14 min (should be gold/yellow)
