Ingredients#

  • 5 eggs

  • 130 g sugar

  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar

  • 80 g wheat flour

  • 20 g corn starch

  • ½ pack of baking powder

Preparations#

  1. Split eggs

  2. Use a mixer to stir egg white

  3. Add ⅓ of the sugar continuously and stir it

  4. Mix egg yolk with 3 teaspoons of hot water, add remaining sugar and vanilla sugar

  5. Stir it for at least 5–6min to get some creamy consistency

  6. Gently fold in the egg white, continuously add the flour, starch, and baking powder

  7. 175°C circulating air, 12–14 min (should be gold/yellow)
