Ingredients#
(for two people)
Preparation#
Rub sides of pot with garlic
Pour wine into pot
Boil wine
Add slices of cheese consecutively
Make cheese melt
Add nutmeg, cherry spirit, and minced garlic
Repeat adding cheese, melt it and add some starch [4] to improve consistency while cutting the bread [5]
we added starch even before all cheese was molten, and we dissolved starch in some wine
do not cut too thin slice of bread. If you reach thickness below 4mm, your bread will likely break apart when putting it into the pot
