Ingredients#
(for two people)
Preparation#
Rub sides of pot with garlic
Pour wine into pot
Boil wine
Add slices of cheese consecutively
Make cheese melt
Add nutmeg, cherry spirit, an minced garlic
Repeat adding cheese, melt it and add some starch [3] to improve consistency
we added starch even before all cheese was molten, and we dissolved starch in some wine
