Ingredients#

(for two people)

  • 500g hard cheese [1]

  • 2 toes of garlic

  • 200–300ml white wine

  • some nutmeg

  • cherry spirit [2]

  • about 300g bread (white or full grain)

  • about 100g starch

Preparation#

  1. Rub sides of pot with garlic

  2. Pour wine into pot

  3. Boil wine

  4. Add slices of cheese consecutively

  5. Make cheese melt

  6. Add nutmeg, cherry spirit, an minced garlic

  7. Repeat adding cheese, melt it and add some starch [3] to improve consistency
