Ingredients#
0.5 cup roasted peanuts
1 tablespoon of soysauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
0.5 tablespoon salt (I usually put less)
0.5 cup water (recommend to ignore in case of using coconut milk)
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon lime juice
Preparations#
grind peanuts (the finer the grain, the more thick the sauce)
mix everything and stir on medium heat until nice consistency
OPTIONAL (I never tried out): before adding things to the pot, sauté 2 garlic heads, 1 small shallot and 1 small chilly (use the oil here instead). Then add things, optionally also with 1 spoon of brown sugar.
