Ingredients#

  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts

  • 1 tablespoon of soysauce

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 0.5 tablespoon salt (I usually put less)

  • 0.5 cup water (recommend to ignore in case of using coconut milk)

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Preparations#

  1. grind peanuts (the finer the grain, the more thick the sauce)

  2. mix everything and stir on medium heat until nice consistency

OPTIONAL (I never tried out): before adding things to the pot, sauté 2 garlic heads, 1 small shallot and 1 small chilly (use the oil here instead). Then add things, optionally also with 1 spoon of brown sugar.
